8.1 Ownership. 10.1 Right to Suspend. zv888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Player Account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to do so, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete required KYC, provision of false registration information, or conduct that poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players.
10.2 Closure by Player. Players may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting zv888 support. Account closure requests will be processed promptly. Any Real Money Balance remaining after settlement of active wagers and deduction of applicable bonus balances will be returned to the Player's registered payment method subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
10.3 Balance on Termination for Cause.
